I just ordered a paperback copy of your book. Once I read it, I will be sure to leave a review because I know it makes a difference in how Amazon ranks it. It's a really simple way for people to support authors.
I'm in the same boat (small publisher, relatively unknown writer) but with a memoir. I've been marketing and promoting my book as best I could for a year. Hundreds sold but no idea exactly how many in the last six months on Kindle where it sells the most. My publisher pays every six months, like most, so I'll wait and see. I just bought your book on Kindle!
When I worked for a small publisher, from 2000 to 2011, we considered 3,000 books sold to be great, 1000 more likely.
I emailed the library in Port Townsend and the guy who sets up the talks said okay. I was flabbergasted. I can message you his email, it's not far to go!

Wow, Dawn - I truely thanks you!

Would you like to share your promo activities! I'd love to hear.
I did a whole post on the 15 months of my initial promo & marketing campaign.

You are rocking it, Jennifer. If I may: how did you get the library gigs? They are SO HARD to come by, in Seattle.
