Posting every day, every other day, or every three days is fine- post however much you want. Sending notification emails every day, every other day, or every three days is a bit much and feels like spam in my inbox (This is not specific to your posts, but a general rule regarding email notification alerts, i.e., perceived as SPAM vs. posting content perceived as beneficial knowledge.)

Configuring or throttling the amount of email notifications the content posts generate would be highly desirable. If the platform offered readers a choice,

1) no notifications,

2) get every notification or

3) get a weekly notification with a digest of all posts for the week.

This way, the number of email notifications the inbox receives is not programmatically or manually ignored as SPAM.

Generally speaking, any service that emails me daily (not very useful usually) or more than 1 - 2 times a week (hit or miss on usefulness) has a high probability of getting an "unsubscribe" from me. The reason is that I, and many others are inundated with emails from all over the world daily. The inbox fills rapidly, and reading emails becomes a time-consuming chore that takes away from writing! Any so-called "SPAMvertising" gets a low priority in my book, usually an "unsubscribe" when it becomes annoyingly repetitive.

The most memorable and valuable emails I receive, generally speaking, are from people or services that email unobtrusively and not constantly. That means they typically have something significant to say.

That's my two cents worth and humble opinion on the matter. Thank you for asking!
