The site Shepard had me put together a list of books about girls dealing with trauma. I chose two novels, two memoirs, and one combination of memoir and self-help.

I chose old books and brand-new. 

I chose one classic.

Who knows, one day, perhaps As Far as You Can Go Before You Have to Come Back will make it onto a similar list.
